Pre-show

From 2015, Cyberport start hosting a career fair every year. Due to the global coronavirus pandemic, the career fair had changed into online version. We, Midas FMS Limited, take care the whole event management from pre-show period.

We, as a contact point between Cyberport and other external parties, manage all the advertisements on different platform (i.e. JobsDB website, Posting on Social media platform, Transportation, SEM). We also provided brief session and training to exhibitors for the virtual booth set up.

During the show

During the event, we manage and host the webinar platform (i.e. Zoom and link to Facebook live), with speaker on-site and speaker at office/ home. To exhibitor, we host and management recruitment talk for over 40 exhibitors (10 minutes each). On our virtual career fair platform, visitor can access to key-note talk, recruitment talk, chatroom, networking lounge etc.

Post-show

After the event, we provide reports (i.e. registration report, digital marketing campaign report etc.) within 2 weeks.
